Note: To avoid false starts and wasted effort, it is important that you approach this week with some idea that your idea for proposed change has some research evidence to support that change. You may want to take a cursory look at the literature, have an informal discussion with classmates or colleagues in your specialty area, or ask your classmates in this week’s discussion for ideas. Take the time to do some background searching and reflecting to pinpoint your areas of interest so those you ask for assistance are not starting from scratch
