Submit a proposal draft that represents significant improvement from this course to the Assignment Files tab by 11:59 p.m., Mountain Standard Time. This draft should be in narrative, formatted consistent with APA guidelines. and include the following, at minimum:
- Problem statement
- Purpose statement
- Research questions
- Design appropriateness
- Units of analysis
- Population under investigation
- Sample criteria
- How data will be collected
- How data will be analyzed

Create a completion plan as a calendar or timeline with all deliverables included, beginning with where you are in the dissertation process and continuing through the submission for review of the completed dissertation to the Dean’s office.
