For instance, I have been able to attain the goal related to integration of professional values through life-long learning, leadership skills and political involvement in order to improve the nursing profession according to the expectations of the institution (Elliott & Byrne, 2018). I have also employed my leadership and good communication skills to enhance professional practice through collaborative relations with the staff and the families as well as the patient. In addition, the 60 hour practice helped me to achieve the objective of problem solving using creative and critical thinking. This helped me to develop behavioral interventions for the patients based on their specific needs as well as involve individuals and groups in the decision –making process (Soltis-Jarrett et al., 2017). This also supported inquiries, analysis, assessments, planning, consultation and effective action implementation particularly during the use of cognitive behavior therapy in the mental disorder patients and their families (Kanbay & Okanlı, 2017). Moreover, I was able to achieve professional development following the opportunity offered by the institution to learn and practice the theoretical aspects of behavior health.
