To ensure that the informatics project is viable for a long time, it is important to ensure constant training for the end-users and providing them with real-time support. This is because nurses may lack experience with the new informatics project and thus it is important to constantly train users to ensure they have effectively mastered how to use the system. Similarly, technology systems are always getting updated with new features and thus regular retraining will ensure that nurses keep up with any introduced technology in the informatics project system (deRiel et al., 2018). It will be important to always engage users whenever a new electronic health application is being updated.

Secondly, it will be important to engage change champions who will continue advocating for and supporting the informatics project in the organization.
